B N Rao, Managing Director

He is providing his strategic direction to the company with  his ingenious approach  and is responsible for growth and strategic planning for the entire Locusera Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is a diploma holder in Electrical Engineering from Hyderabad. He joined in APSEB as Sub Overseer for a decade and then he joined with BSNL a Govt. of India enterprise and served 40 years of service and retired with a Gazetted officer rank in the year 2012.

Tejasvi Baline , Director

She is a skilled professional with 17 years of rich experience in Human Resources, staff augmentation, client relations & operations. She completed her Pre Phd. and Masters in Management Studies. She worked with MNCs  and honoured with high reputed awards with her qualitative, prompt, excellent and customised client delivery models have enabled Locusera to enact long term relationships with clients. Her competence to build and manage big teams and focus on productivity advancement and improvement initiatives has scaled operational efficiency.

Prem Sagar, Director IT

A versatile IT professional with a strong background in big data, architecture, analytics, cloud computing (AWS and Azure), database management automation, software development and 20 plus years of rich experience handling various stakeholders and their critical projects which are spanned over diversified domains like Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, IT services, Pharma etc. Planned, monitored and appraised company results. Good at initiating, coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures. Coached and counseled teams to be highly successful in Agile way.

P.Jaya Krishna, VP Operations

Rtn. Jaya Krishna has extensive knowledge in balancing HR & Legal matters. He is representing National Federation for Human Rights Council as the Legal Advisor-AP State. He completed his BTech, MBA and BL from reputed universities. He is now serving as a President for Rotary Club. He is serving as a Dist. VP for Saptapadi  Sangeetha  Nruthya Seeva Kala Peetam, an artist association with 10,000 members. District Secretary for Eenadu Right  for Information activities production united forum. District VP for Consumer Rights Organization. His extensive knowledge and earlier assignments in HR and Legal matters is a guiding factor to Locusera to maintain strong Industrial and social relationships in corporate world.

M.Venkat, GM HR & IR 

He is an optimistic and a dynamic professional having 24 years of vast Industrial core competencies expertise worked with reputed organizations in India and abroad. He completed his BCom, MSW (PM & IR), MBA(HR), NIPM & Labour Laws. He is a versatile expert in managing HR & Operations, Training & Developments, OD Interventions, Industrial Relations, Industrial Trade Unions Management, Union agreement signing, Industrial Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance Management, Liaison Management and SAP HR Payroll Management.

V.Suresh, IT HOD

Suresh is a qualified Technocrat and a seasoned IT professional with 18 plus years of experience in Database administration, technical Infrastructure, development and project management across various domains like Banking, Finance, e-commerce, Insurance, Manufacturing, Airlines & Education.  He has an extensive portfolio of over hauling business processes and systems while prioritising the customer needs and business objectives. He has a passion for driving the team towards the strategic goals while investing in their personal & professional growth.

Mayur Patnala, Advisory Committee

He is a social Entrepreneur and is passion about  social innovation. He is a Co-founder & CEO of Nirmaan Organisation started in Pilani in 2005 which works in Govt. Schools, Career Counselling, livelihood etc with 700+ volunteers from Bits Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campus along with  3 Corporate chapters which impacted over 1 lakh lives. Previously he was headed as State Mission Manager, Skill Development  Mission, he led a team who trained 5000 economically backward youth and employed 2500 of them. He is a graduate from Bits Pilani(campus), BE (Hons) CS & Mechanical. Bits Alumina Association has conferred BITSAA30 under 30 Award in community service category.
